This PBS KIDS rebrand explores curiosity and nostalgia through the revitalization of a legacy educational brand. My goal was to create a cohesive identity system that honors the trust PBS KIDS has built while making it feel bold, energetic, and relevant for today’s generation. The refreshed design balances familiarity with modern expression through saturated color, playful typography, and a character-forward approach.
The concept centers on curiosity as an adventure. Learning is framed as exciting and empowering, translated visually through rounded forms, vibrant color, and a flexible system that adapts seamlessly across digital and physical spaces. The result is a structured yet playful identity that invites kids to explore, imagine, and grow.
